Privacy

I never sell or share your email.

Last updated: October 24, 2026

What I collect when you sign up

  • Your email address, and your first name if you give it.
  • Where you signed up, like which page or link sent you, so I know what's helping people.
  • Any topic you tap after signing up, so I can send you the right posts.
  • When you confirmed, and when you unsubscribed if you do.

Where it's kept and who sends the email

Your details are stored in a database hosted by Neon. Emails are sent through Brevo. The site runs on Cloudflare. That's the whole list.

Page views

I count how many times each page is viewed per day and which site linked to it. No ad trackers, and nothing that ties a page view to you.

One cookie

The first time you visit, this site sets one small cookie of its own that remembers how you first found it: the link or website that sent you, the page you landed on, and the date. It lasts up to 90 days, and only this site's server can read it (scripts on the page can't). It never changes after that first visit. If you sign up, that note is saved with your email. I use it only to see which posts and links bring readers here. It isn't shared with anyone, and there are no third-party or advertising cookies.

Spam protection

When you submit a form, your IP address is used to stop spam by limiting how many sign-ups can come from one place. That record stops counting after an hour and is cleared out after that.

What your browser keeps

If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice. Right after you sign up, the same browser tab remembers your email for a moment so the next page can greet you. Neither leaves your device.

Leaving and deleting your data

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. To have your details deleted completely, write to me at info@cajecreations.com and I'll do it myself.
